    Hi Everyone,
    I have a question about this program called TypeAgent. I recently purchased it for my home computer, but the logs are incomplete. They are suppose to be word for word according to the website. The only way to contact TypeAgent is through submitting a support ticket that should be handled in 24 hours. Well it's been over a week with 3 support tickets submitted and:( no reply from them. Have I been scammed? Is there another way to contact this company? I've searched the web, but there's nothing out there.
