Typed urls ???

    how to get rid of "some of the urls not all of them", on the list for internet explorer.

    I haven't tried it, but you probably could remove certain ones by hand by editing the registry. That may not be for the faint of heart (or the inexperienced)

    This won't help for IE but with FireFox you just use the arrow keys to highlight which url you want to get rid of and hit the delete key.

    I'd recommend saving the ones you want to keep in "My Favourites" or "Bookmarks" and letting CCleaner, and others, wipe the rest.

    A lot safer too, as they can be accidently wiped by lots of other PC housekeeping programs, believe me. :cry
