UBCD for Win, Help please ???

What are the keyboard commands for these cd's ?

 

The cd , if you downloade it is in iso form, and you then use your writing software, with iso capabilities to write it to cd.
When you startup with the cd in the drive, if you ensure the first boot is the cd rom, it should open to lists of items that you tip toe through until you see the program/utility you want.
If you read the cd in windows it will only tell you what is on it - if I remember correctly, one , or, two utilities might well run in Windows, but it is a while since I used that particular one.
