UBI.com

hi,
possibly a weird one for you and i dont know if i have got the correct place to put this thread, but i wonder if anyone can help:
i play games online through a downloaded program called UBI and however hard i have tried i cannot open it and run it twice (i.e two at the same time).
does anyone have any ideas please?
you can download it here http://gamingzone.ubisoft.com/ if you want to play around with it a bit. - oh ive tried the usual change folder name then add/remove it in case that is suggested!
