Ulead and Pioneer DVR-R100 = no sound

    Just purchased a Pioneer DVR-R100. It came with Ulead package software- DVD MovieFactory 4 Suite, DVD Player 2, CD & DVD Picture Show, Video Studio 9 SE.

    Installed the software with no glitches. I'm unable to get any sound when playing a DVD with the Ulead Player 2 software. All video but no sound.
    It works fine with Windows Media Player. I've read other issues similar to mine on the net, but have been unable to determine a fix.

    Any ideas?
