Ultraxtend Wifi Booster, Set Up Issue

Hi, I recently bought a wifi booster. The set up instructions say I should plug it in and then connect to the network PIX-LINK-2.4G. At this point a web interface is suppose to open so it can scan for networks and complete set up. If not, I can manually navigate the browser to http://192.168.7.234. Neither seems to work. When I put the url in myself, the page won't load.

Under wifi setting, the PIX network has a green dot saying 'connected' and underneath that a yellow triangle saying 'unsecured network'.

I've tried restarting the booster and my router.
I've tried safari and chrome. Also tried private browsing.
I've tried to do it via my MacBook and my iPhone.

I'm on a MacBook Air M1 2020, running Sonoma 14.5. My router is from Sky Broadband here in the UK.

Can anyone advise??
