Unable to access one particular website from home

I am able to access all website except one particular website from my home network. Also, I am unable to access the same website using my ipod-touch. The website is up and running and it is not down or offline.

In order to verify, I took the laptop and ipod touch to starbucks. I was succesful in accessing the website from starbucks using my laptop as well as my ipod-touch.

Also, I tried to replace my existing router with a new router, but still the problem exists.

Would really appreciate if you can advise resolution for this issue.

That reads like a DNS issue: your ISP DNS server isn't giving the route. Try setting your router to use the OpenDNS servers instead, if you choose to sign up (there are additional filtering settings and more you can use) there's a free version. OpenDNS servers are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220,

 

I was able to access the particular website till yesterday night but from today I am facing this issue.

I spoke to the ISP and it looks like the issue is not at their end.

 

Your laptop and iPod reaches it fine from Starbucks but neither one can from home; your router's been changed; in my book, it looks like the DNS server of your ISP needs updating, it should do that automatically within 24 hours. I'd still change to OpenDNS to test.
