Unable to Conect to Internet after RE-Install of Win7

    I just did a re-install of Windows 7 on my PC (directly from re-installation DVD that came with PC)
    iCore7 -4820k CPU @ 3.70GHz
    with GeForce GTX 780 Video card and 16 GB of RAM

    Before re-install I was getting a Windows Experience rating of 7.5 and now it has dropped to 1.0....?

    I am also unable to connect to the internet...at all.

    Not sure where to go or what to do here....

    I can think of multiple reasons something like this could occur.

    What was the reason for reinstalling Windows?

    The base score is determined by the lowest subscore.
    Which component has the subscore of 1.0?

    Did your computer come with that graphics card installed? You need to update all your drivers - especially if you added hardware since the computer was new. Beyond that, Eldon is right - the score is based on the lowest subscore.
