   I am a complete dummy when it comes to my laptop, tried to follow instructions to deal with malware, trojan, a hundred tabs open when i try to go on a website and opens other ads etc. It will only let me download malware anti-malware. It will not download :
   
   Hitman Pro
   Rogue Killer
   TDSSKiller
   MG Tools
   
   just opens new tabs and windows. Any dummy type advice appreciated. Thanks in advance

   Can you download the tools in safe mode? Do you have access to another computer that you can download to and transfer via USB?
