Unable to get Spyware to go away

I have followed the uninstalling and cleaning process in the sticky about 4 times now and have tried doing several steps in other threads on here that I have found. None have worked. I am unable to locate the file that is doing it. and everytime I run HiJackIt and select delete the the files it keeps telling me that it is trying to remove the BHO file but it never seems to do it. I have attached my log file so if anyone could help.

Please do not post HJT logs unless they are requested.

You have a SmitFraud problem but please note you have not run all the steps in the sticky thread. In fact you did not even run step 1 of the cleaning process. I quote:

Scanning And Cleaning Steps: (These 4 steps are NOT optional and must be run!!)
If you skip any of these 4 steps, no HJT log or other help will be provided until you run them. DO NOT SKIP THEM!

1: Virus And Trojan Scanning (do not skip these two scans or you will be asked to run them before continuing)
a) Win9x (Windows 95, 98, 98SE) users boot normal mode.

do an online scan at Bitdefender <-- agree to the license and then select Scan

do an online scan at RavAntivirus <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC

now boot in safe mode (and remain there) and run McAfee AVERT Stinger. See how to boot in safe mode below.

b) And Windows XP, 2000, NT, ME, users boot in "safe mode with networking support" (and remain in there). See how to boot in safe mode below.
