I have tried to install 2 different firewalls from the list on how to protect your computer from malware but not having much luck.

Each time I get the error message "not a valid win32 application"

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

Try clearing your cache and redownloading. What browser are you downloading with? Try going directly to the company's websites to get the proper files.

Usually when you get the "not a valid win32 application" alert, it means the download was corrupt. The best solution is to download and save (not open) the installation file turning off any download accelerators you might be using first. Now clean your temp files and try to run the installation again.

    Thanks for the info!

I get the same messsage "c:\virusremoval\outpostinstall.exe is not a valid win32 application" when trying to install outpost or Kerio.

I'll try again and let you know if it works.
