unable to load Windows Repair 3.4.1

    Having problems loading Windows Repair 3.4.1. Receiving error message:
    (All in one) file os\ registry_ backup_tool\ files\ dosdev.exe
    Running WinXp, yeah I know I should update. Turned off Zonealarm firewall and still non luck. Previously had problems with blue screen shut downs, but was able to eliminate that issue. Please help.
