unable to reformat without media disk??

    here is a screenie of the message i recieve when i tried to completely wipe my hard drive any suggestions? i have done it b4 without the use of this disk but seems now i cant do that anymore...

    Are you trying to completely wipe the drive so you can do a clean install of Windows? If so, you can use the MiniTool Partition Wizard bootable CD to do so (the download link is near the bottom of the page). You may have several partitions on your hard drive. Make sure to delete all of them so you end up with one contiguous block of unallocated space. You can then do a clean install of your OS, drivers and apps.
