Unable to Remove in Hijack This Logfile

I have Windows XP with SP 2, I have performed all preliminary scans in order to post my Hijack This logfile. I am an amateur so I am not proficient in all aspects but I have my windows updates automatically run, I have Spybot, Adaware, CWShredder, Microsoft Spyware Beta, Spysweeper, Spyblaster, CCleaner, AVG Antivirus, and Zone Labs Firewall. I am very conscientious about all of these and run them every 3-4 days and sometimes daily. I had a virus last week but I was able to remove it. I use Hijack This quite often. I wanna keep my PC in the best condition I can. There is something in my log that I can't remove. I've tried numerous times and several times in safe mode as well. I will remove it in the regular mode and get rid of it then safe mode. Then when I go back to the regular mode it is there again. Plus it seems like it takes a little to look running at startup when I boot. The file is an entry in #017.

That IP belongs to covad.com which is a service provider. You can't delete that entry it is needed in order for you to contect to your ISP.
