Unable to remove old Java version installations

    Hi,
    I was trying to first perform all the prerequisits, as directed in the READ and RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide, but I run into a problem already.
    Following step 3: House Cleaning - From the Windows Add or Remove programs dialog box I am trying to unistall all old versions of Java, before installing the latest version. I get the following error message: "One or more customizations are not permitted by software restriction policy." Searching the forums didn't seem to lead me directly to appropriate advise on this issue. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
