unable to uninstall Netis

Downloaded programs to external storage device::
I was running out of memory and attempted to move programs over to my externals E: drive. It seemed like a good idea at the time... :cool

Everything seemed to be working fine, then I decide to change the name of the program files on my external E drive.:-o Netis stopped working but I was unable to uninstall the program. Is this situation resolvable or am I going to have to reinstall windows 7?: :confused

When things stopped working I was unable to uninstall netis.

An err (-5005 : 0x80070002) has occured while running the setup.

Renamed program file on E Drive let to software failure

Recreated program files on E Drive to attempt uninstall
I recreated all the folders with the name variations and installing netis on each, then attempted to uninstall with no luck.

Manually deleted netis files on E: drive

Restore point not an option:
I don't have a restore point prior to this series of unfortunate events.

I was not able to manually netis from the C drive because I'm getting a message that says:

This action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open an another program.

I deleted all the files I could to isolate which files were causing issues.

I then restored the other netis files on the C: drive

attached is a printout of the files.
