unable to use icons or anything

    My computer wont let me use any allpication or click on anything once I have chose my username. It will boot up and bring me to the user selection screen of wundows. However when I select a user it will load up but will not let me use anything.

    No icons work and whenever I mouse over the bottom toolbar it makes the hourglass thing, right click also doesnt work. thx for the help

    nvm, the thing seemed to have fixed itself.... um... i guess delete this thread plz
