uncertain about zipexe.exe or zipexe_r

I noticed this item in C\Windows where I'm not certain it was there before. Clicking properties says its an application, but I don't find the process in my processlibrary.com directory. Nor does it appear in the task manager process list. I installed the latest Java 5.0 update 4 a short time ago and it may have appeared in C\Windows after that but I can't say for sure. The icon symbol in Windows is a pc tower. However, properties says it was created in June 2004. Safe to delete or is itsomething that should stay in Windows? It doesnt open or run when clicking it in Windows, and the event viewer just identifies it as zipexe.exe and displays an application error.
