Unidentified pest on my plant! Help, please

More of a revival rather than a bump.
Ran across that site and thought it would fit here as some possible answers.

 

Oh, it's a great website. I'm looking through it now and it has a ton of useful information.

 

@ Mimsy. Try some citrus peel too. Cats and dogs are reportedly deterred by the smell. If you happy with the spray, carry on. If it ain't broke.....

 

They are. Every time I scrape the zest off lemons for baking of cooking, the cats make disgusted noises and avoid my hands for hours afterward.

The spray has concentrate of rosemary and something called "bittering agent". It cost me $7, so I consider it a good investment to keep all my plants safe.
