Uninstall Myasus?

    Recently purchased ASUS TUF505 gaming laptop (not a gamer, content-creator) and am clearing it of bloatware. Anyone see any reason not to uninstall the MyASUS app bundle? As far as I can see it's just a service-portal with a couple of slightly-useful utilities. The only thing I can see it has that I maybe want is a switch to temporarily suppress the fans, good for audio-recording. Anyone know a way to do that without MyASUS? ...anyone think that uninstalling MyASUS might break my computer?
