uninstall.xml corrupted can't remove thru control panel

Hi there,
I have a game on my machine, World of Warcraft, the uninstall.xml file is corrupted. I have tried reloading the program (it won't), I have tried two separate downloads from this site, they look for the uninstall embedded file, which I tried to use from the contol panel in the first place .... and failed. Does anyone know a work around for this? This game is huge and it needs to be gone gone gone from my machine. Checked their forums also, they recommended a reinstall -- failed.

All help appreciated. btw failed programs to remove it are: revo uninstaller, and Your uninstaller 2008. My machine's operating system is xp pro.
