Uninstalling IE New Windows Maximizer

Hi,
I've read the threads and did not find a solution to my problem...I installed the IE New Windows Maximizer 2.4.0.1 from this website and am not happy with it, so I went into my control panel, remove software, to remove it..it says it removed it and after removal it told me some componets had to be removed manually. The file folder is still on my computer along with the exe file when I tried to remove it manually it will not allow me to remove it, it tells me that it cannot be removed because it is still running,, which it is. Could you please tell me how I can remove this program.. Oh btw I'm running Windows XP pro. If you need any more info let me know.

I would reinstall and then follow the steps in the link.
