Uninstalling Software has Knocked Out My CD Drives !!

Help!!

I uninstalled Roxio's Easy CD Creator Software from my PC, which caused
my computer to crash to a blue screen which stated "that my CD drives
were not balanced" or something along those lines.

When my system rebooted the NEC DVDR drive and the Samsung CDRW drive that I have no longer appear in the My Computer Folder. When I open the device manager the drive icon as present with Yellow Triangle warning symbols over them. When I click on the drives properties it states that the
Drives drivers are either not installed correctly or corrupted. I have tried to uninstall the drivers for each drive and then re-installed the drivers but when I run the install programs it does not detect that there is any drives connected.

I have NeroVision 3 installed and Nero Buring CD Rom and Direct CD, is this causing any conflict or did Easy CD Creator rip out something from my BIOS when it uninstalled that blinds Windows to my CD Drives.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
