unity configuration and setup

I've been using Ubuntu for three years, and I would still call myself a novice. The recent upgrade to 11.10 comes with Unity Desktop and option to use the classical. My version seems to be missing few of system setting features. I know they are there, when I login with CLASSICAL desktop.
Have you experience this problem?
Would really love to know the fix.

I've notices many system tools are no longer available under unity. For example, the login screen is no longer available under Unity -system setting.

Another words, the old desktop had system/preferences and system/admin, the unity lost a lot of these settings

kamkar1, Google can be your best friend.

I did find you can add back the system tools here.

 

Srry but Unity still on development, go classic desktop much better.
