Universa Application

    I'm having problems with Universa Application. I'm new to alot of this and need to know what I need to do to get it off my computer. Any help would be very great!:confused:

    I'm not sure if you ran the below procedure or not.

    READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    I seems like you may have but you appear to have skipped step 0 and also you did not attach the two required logs from step 6. Please complete step 0 (the uninstall of bad programs - like Clear Search, SpywareBot, MyWebSearch, My Web Search Bar, MyWebSearch Email Plugin) and also attach the two logs from the online scanners in step 6 (both Bitdefender and Panda).

    Also run the below:

    download HOSTER and then follow the below steps.
    • Unzip Hoster to a convenient folder such as C:\Hoster
    • Run Hoster.exe, click Restore Original Hosts and then click OK.
    • Click the X to exit the program
    Then attach the below three logs:
    - Bitdefender online scan
    - PandaActiveScan
    - a new HijackThis log
