Unknown Device Problem on a HP Media PC

Can anyone help me. My problem is in Device Manage, I have ann unknown device error. I have searched the net for an appropriate answer, but nothing has worked. :confused Please look at the attached screens

 

That would be your AMD Away Mode driver, a feature found on machines using both AMD Live! capable processors and XP Media Center.

You can either disable AMD Live! in the BIOS or install the following:

If installing both of those doesn't resolve the problem, try installing this:
