Hi y'all just a simple question here. I was tooling around in my C:\WINDOWS folder and came to the Installer folder and found several .msi files that had no information when I hovered the mouse over it except for the date modified and size of the file. My question is, can I delete these files. They added up to 15 MB of space.

Windows installer files can come in handy when an application fails. I would rt click and check out properties, summary first, and personally would leave them be, but have single Hubble Space Telescope pictures on an external drive that are about 60MB in size so...If your HDD is less than 5GB and you are running XP it would be something to consider, especially if you can tell by its name it is a program you no longer have or want. If a rt click, properties, summary doesn't give you any info try to Google the file names and see what shows up. I deleted MS Works but still have the .msi and will keep it. I deleted Vista Codec Pack and will no longer use it so I deleted VistaCodecPackage.msi. Could probably delete all nonwindows program installers as long as you can download again or have access to the disk, thanks for the heads up.
