Unknown Spyware

I was downloading a file from the internet and got a bunch of spyware. I got it before, but it came with SpySheriff, this time there is no spysheriff, but it still changes my background and internet homepage, and has multiple processes running.

It wont let me change the background, when i click properties it starts freezing, and the box is greyed out.

It also wont let me open internet explorer for more than 5 seconds, before it gets an error and has to close.

I did the malware removal procedures, except for the online scans, which i cannot do because they require IE, and my IE wont work...

Before I fixed the problem by system restore, but i just installed some big programs and id really appreciate it if i didnt have to reinstall all of them.


p.s. I used ccleaner to remove some at startup, and i went into the directory and deleted them. I cant see anything else to delete though. When my pc starts up, i get an error saying that it cant find one of the spywares.
