Unknown Trojan Removal

    Hey, guys. I recently picked up some malware that would constantly pop up dialog boxes saying I had an unknown trojan. I did the usual hijack this, avg, spybot and adaware scans. Nothing worked for me so I did a system restore.

    Everything appears to be gone, but I want to make sure I don't have a keystroke logger or anything like that left over. Could someone take a look at my hijack this log and let me know if anything looks out of the ordinary?
