Unkown sites keep popping up from IE!!!

I need some help,
Hello, I need some help.
there are some unknown site keep popping up by IE.

I went to '' add i drop '' to see if there is any program that I downloaded it, but I couldn't figure out,

I tried online scan by TREND MICRO,
it said I got C:\WINDOWS\system32\walg.exe

and they couldn't delete it.

can anyone please tell me how to get rid of the windows keep popping up thing? I think it 's some adware or something.....

i just used TREND MIRCO to scan my pc again.
it said it detected a file called TROJ_CLICKER.UD
