    The problem:
I figured i would print screen during the process.
I used the example of (dragging the avglog file attatched here into my "Security Appz" folder. Notice how dragging files into folders initiates the installer to attempt to install Easy CD which by the way is wholly deleted to the best of my knowledge.

Something has gone wrong with your Windows Installer. Download and run the clean up utility. Remove Easy CD Creator from the list and that should fix it. Here's the link:

The actual download link is about two-thirds of the way down the page, just above the big grey box titled "Contents of Readme.txt". It wouldn't hurt to download and run Dial-A-Fix also and use the Installer repair tool. Here's the link: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4899.html
    Good luck!

Damn i just ran both things twice n like i said in the og post i had removed roxio to the best of my knowledge a few days back. When i went n tried to drag a file after both apps it still happened. :cry

Is there a possibillity there is still fragments of roxio lingering on the system that i dont know about?

 Wow Im a :***'n Idiot. You guys are literally from the lamb of god. LOL!

Anyhow heres what i didnt do originally (By the way thanks Mata for the zapper even tho it didnt do the trick)

When i installed the Installer cleanup after finish i didnt see an icon on the desktop so i was like... hmm... ok. I was pretty confused i thought the extraction may have performed an action itself of some sort.

So after the zapper n reboot with no resolve i dug deeper trynna to figure out wtf the Cleanup tool was. It dawned on me to check for it in programs n there it was I ran it. N after reading how if i clean the list some appz may not work i just looked for any traces of roxio n Boom there it was. When i removed it i tried dragging something again this time n WALAAA a clean drag n drop in and out of the folders!!!!!!!!!!!
