Unpaid notice remeinder!!

I got an unpaid notice from ebay for something I bought about a month ago, and ofcourse since I paid with paypal, and that being a pert of ebay....wouldn't ebay be able to see that and therefore I could consider this a scam??

The interesting thing though...I am in the middle of a dispute with this person that I bought the item from and all the details are in the notice I got, so I wonder if he is lying in turn to get me back for my starting an investigation from paypal and ebay!!??

I would get in contact with eBay via a separate route than using a reply to that email you recieved Roger and see if they did actually send this to you.

He may very well have reported you as not paying, hence the notice, which may well be an automated reply.

Thanks Halo...I went to ebay, and logged into my account and low and behold if that notice didn't automatically pop up first thing!!

No prob though!! I followed through with the reply form which requested the information from the paypal transaction, and I also have the credit card invoice!! So basically he has no ground to stand on!! He is just pissed because I initiated an investigation on him!!!!
