Unresponsive Icons(hjt report help)

    PLEASE HELP!!
    On this computer I am experiencing major trouble..my programs are not wanting to run ...i have followed all of your steps on the beginning downloaded all the processes and i did find 2 trojans and tons of adware and malware i have removed all of that and my scans come up clean now but my programs still wont run ..i dbl click them (yahoo,incredimal,photoimpression) and they pop up on taskmanager for a sec. then they leave ,no errors or anything.....any advice is greatly appreciated!!WIN XP up to date hp pavilion

    ok now i went back to the reg cleaner and restored it and my icons now work but my computer is in slow motion my file amount are out of sight for something i just use to chat and photos how can i reduce my file sizes i have tried add and remove but when i get on safe mode as the administrator most removed programs are still there and cant be deleted for missing files anyone walk me through a good clean up process??

    I'm in a rush right now...go to run out. SO I'lll try to get you started. You have HJT installed improperly and you did not exit you browser before running HJT. Please follow our guidelines. The below line is probably your problem:
    C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\bwgo00088805.exe

    You should boot to safe mode and delete all files and sub folders in this Temp folder. Especially the bwgo00088805.exe file. Then reboot to normal mode and make sure you follow the below.

    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).
