Attached is a software update notice that has popped up on my taskbar at various times it the past few weeks. What is strange is it is always for a different software; IE, Aim, Google Maps. I have never seen this before. I am running Vista Home Premium 64 /SP1. All current updates are installed. Superantispyware Pro runs as resident, Norton Internet Security is Active. MalwareBytes runs on demand and TrojanHunter runs on demand.
Full scans with NIS and Superantispyware Pro found only tracking cookies. Malwarebytes was run after booting in to safe mode and found pup.somthing and quarantined it (unfortunately dumped the files, thinking it was all over). On my last reboot this notice I attached popped up. Any ideas would be apprciated.

    Thank You

I am currently traveling and not at the PC. When I get back I will follow up.

One quick question has anybody seen this before??

    Not personally.

Without seeing the logs from running the procedures, I cannot tell whether it is a malicious program or something you perhaps unknowingly installed but is benevelent.
