I have recently upgraded from Win 8 to 10. I have a Lenovo all in one. Since I upgraded my pc is randomly turning itself off and rebooting. Today it did it again only it didn't restart, the screen was black (not the image that is usually there) and went smaller instead of fitting the whole screen. I'm a bit worried that something might be wrong with my pc. What if anything should I do?

Can you provide more details on which "Lenovo all in one" that you have?

My feelings is that it is a driver problem and one possibility is that you require compatible Windows 10 drivers that may be downloaded from Lenovo, e.g., graphics driver.

Ok, after some searching (not totally familiar with this) here is what I found:

    System Model 10150
    System Type x64-based PC
    System SKU LENOVO_MT_1015
    Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3220T @ 2.60GHz, 2600 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
    BIOS Version/Date LENOVO INKT18AUS, 12/9/2013

Not sure what else you need or where to find it. I will keep looking.

Ok, I opened ccleaner and found this as well:

Intel PentiumCPU G3220T @ 2.60GHz, 4.0GB Ram, Intel HD Graphics

It is almost certainly a graphics driver issue but we need to know the model number, which is probably something like C560. It will be on the frame or the keyboard somewhere, probably in grey so not easily visible against the black casings.

I believe it is the C560 that corresponds to the model number 10150 that you've given.

Go to the Lenovo website: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/pro...ries-all-in-ones/lenovo-c560-all-in-one/10150 (Note that is the US Lenovo product) and click on the Run Diagnostics button. Then use the Lenovo Service Bridge to identify the serial number and for it to provide you with a customised list of updates that you may require.

Note, you have a 64-bit Windows 10 with an Intel Graphics.

Alternatively, you can download the individual package(s) that you require and install yourself. Try the automated Lenovo solution first.
