Up to step 6c with trouble still......

Hey, I have done a bunch of scans from the instructions. I have some to post. I'll do them at the end of this in case this is the right place. The comp is slow and randomly the mouse starts shooting across the screen with windows popping up and closing. Here we go.........

Was you able to run the Panda ActiveScan and Windows Defender and/or CounterSpy?

 

Counterspy did not work. Panda scan came up with no viruses found and I don't have Defender. Thanks.

 

What did CounterSpy do?

Can you attach the log from Panda just so I can see it?

 

CouterSpy worked now that I'm out of safe mode?? Here is that log and Panda.......

 

I would run CCleaner to clean up any temp/junk files but your logs look ok to me. I don't see anything malicious that would be causing the mouse problem.
