Update KB832880 failing to install

Good day everyone,

I have a Win2K3 server running Exchange (v. 6.5, I believe). It keeps failing to install update KB832880. (System Log Event Number: 20 Source: Windows Update Agent) I've confirmed that the administrator and system account have full control of %systemroot%, but that doesn't seem to help. I don't know where to go from here. Does anyone have any ideas?

Any reason why you don't install the lastest service pack where the update is included:

Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

 

I'm pretty sure that this service pack has already been applied, but I would like to confirm... how would I check?
