   2021-o9 Cumulative update for Windows 11 x64-base system (KB5006542) keeps failing. When it installs it gets too 46% every time in fails. Is there a way I can manually install the update?
   
   Win 11 x64
   HP 6005-pro
   16GB of ram.
   
   Yes it is possible too put Win 11 on and old computer. ( just get a copy that has the TPM and Secure Boot bypassed).
