update problems

ok so basicly iv been having update issues with my office via the automatic updates that windows gives me, i keep having it tell me that the updates fail no matter i do after hours of research and help articles in at my wits end and dont know how to fix this so does anyone have and idea the udpades are as follows

thats all the updates that it want me to install though i dont use outlook and hardly use any other parts of office other then word.

First, what is your Windows version?

For Windows XP and earlier, go to http://www.update.microsoft.com/ and check your update history. On the updates that failed, click on the red x with a question mark beside it, and it will give you the error code for the failure.

(Sorry, I don't know how to check for the error code on Vista and Windows 7.)

i believe thats all of them it looks like the main culprit is "0x80070643" which when i followed the suggested steps made no differnce any ideas?
