I have googled the heck out of this and I dont know what to do. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I do not have a Windows 7 disc. I do have a windows 10 disc.

When it boots up it goes to a black screen with no cursor. Ive tried everything. I can not boot into safe mode. It goes to a black screen. I can not do anything but go to the Advanced Repair Options. Ive tried to repair. When I tried to reinstall Windows 10 from ISO image on CD it now asks me for a password. I have no password. So I dont know what to put. When I try to reset password it says to boot up windows and change it in the control panel.
