upgrades?

Currently I'm running a socket 939 AMD 3800+ X2 processor, power supply is 550W( I believe), outtake fan(which I plan to install at least a side intake fan), 1.5gigs of ram, 6800gt PCI-E 256mb nvidia video card, and aroud 600-700 gigs of HD. I am also using a 19"CRT monitor. Here are the questions.

I use my computer for school, casual/web surfing, and gaming(mainly WoW).

First off I plan to replace my monitor with a LCD monitor 19" or bigger. Any you recommend and do you think Widescreen is better than full?

Next, is my video card good enough or should I replace it? I've always been a Nvidia person, but I would be willing to change if I need to upgrade and ATI offers something better for a better price.

Last thing, I am thinking about consolidating my HDDs, I currently have 4 drives 7 partitions in total. Would it benefit me to get either a 400-500gb HDD and keep one of those and discard the other two or would I really notice a difference?

I think your setup is fine for what you're doing. Your video card is OK, maybe a 7300GT in the future, it's up to you. As far as hard drives go, you won't notice any increase in performance by changing hard drives unless your current drives are not 7200rpm - and I'm sure they are. So, no real need to upgrade, except for maybe the video card someday. I recommended the 7300GT because you get lots of bang for the buck. If money is no object, then the sky is the limit= go with dual 88's in SLI

yea if WoW is all you're planning on playing the 6800gt is perfectly fine. if you want to upgrade naything, upgrade your processor to something like an x2 4800 or whatever the highest proc is that your motherboard can take (most 939 procs, even the FX series, are pretty cheap now)
