Upgrading Pc To Support 380gb Of Hd

    I HAVE A EMACHINES AND I ADDED A 30-0gb hd and i doesnt function properly cuz its too big what do i have to upgrade so it can support the 300gb plus the origional 80gb?

    Don't know ..you haven't posted your mobo ...
    But if you are running xp with sp2 ...it should support large drives ...is it enabled in the bios?
