Upon Startup

Not sure where this gets posted. I have a Windows XP with IE6 and Roadrunner High Speed Online. I got Roadrunners free Antivirus program. Ever since I downloaded it, when I turn my computer on and everything loads I get a desktop - Notepad (2 actually exactly the same) that says:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

Any ideas what the heck this is. I ran the Counter Spy, Spybot, BitDefender and didn't find any viruses or problems.

 

That fix worked. Thank you sooo much! I just have one more question. There were some more Desktop.ini files in the aforementioned folders, but they say different things. I didn't delete them, but do I need to, or are they okay?
