Urgent~ 5-10min usage of computer b4 shutdown

Very sorry here as i have not yet read bout rules and regulation but i m desperate.. my computer keep pop up I.E caiyi.com something like that.. and i cant even off, even when i close them they keep repop and eventually auto close my others program and shut me down after down. all my com hang and i cant even do stuff.. now i m lucky to get back up but it wont last.. so please urgent..
