URGENT - AceFTP problem

Hi guys

I have been using AceFTP to upload to my website hosted by doteasy.com for about 6 months and never had a prob....

However two days ago I upgraded my service with them as my traffic quota was getting too high and since then I can't ftp to my page...

NOTHING has changed at my end
I am getting the following message

So it is getting stuck on the PASV line....

Doteasy have suggested disabling the PASV and my Firewall and Anti Virus, which I have done but still the same outcome, besides I didn't have to do this before....

Any ideas???

I'm not happy Jan..!!!!!
