I need to fill out some information for a new job today and the link I was provided with will not load. I'm getting this error for both Firefox and IE and don't know how to change the settings in each browser to fix it:

    Any help is greatly appreciated

In Firefox, click tools, then select options. On the cookies tab (beta 1.5), there are settings to allow cookies.

In IE, click tools then select internet options. On the security tab (IIRC) theres settings to allow cookies as well.

okay I"m using Firefox 1.7 so I don't have your menu but it's set to "Allow Sites To Set Cookies" and still not letting me access the page...

And with Internet Explorer, I can't find cookies listed anywhere under the Security tab... I don't know what you mean by (IIRC)...

Cookie control is under the Privacy Tab, where you can adjust the slider you should be fine with Medium but if that doesnt work lower it to Low.

also you can clicking the Sites button add the url to the site and click allow.

also clear out all cookies and temp internet files > reboot and use IE again.

IIRC = If I Recall Correctly
    Which obviously, I don't.

I just had a look, and it's on the PRIVACY tab that you can adjust settings for cookies in IE.

SP2 of XP automatically sets the minimum security setting to medium no matter what you try and set... I would hazzard a guess that anyone who tries that page will end up with same message you get?

I get same as you with IE, FF & Opera
