urgent help fridge

tell me if i want the temp inside my refridgerater ot go lower do i turn the temp dial inside to a higher number or do i turn it lower . at the moment it is on number 5 and the temp is 9.5 celcuis which is not good.

 

With my fridge, the higher the number the colder the fridge gets. If you set it too high (colder), then ice may form in some of the liquids - milk, juice, etc.

 

my fridge only goes upto number 7 so i will set it there but how long does it [fridge] for the temp to change as the fridge is full . just worring that all the stuff will go rotten and they say that the temp should be between 2/5 celcuis

 

*shrug* If it's set to five, it only goes upto seven, and the temp. is that high, then I'd try going lower.

It's got two settings above, four below, if all those four made it warmer again, you could replace the oven with it.

I know nothing about fridges, apart from emptying them, but it's not although I'm giving duff advice in the techy forums!

 

The main thing to look at is have you done anything different this time as opposed to your normal habits? If not, then your fridge may need maintenance.

 

Try cleaning the cooling coils.
