Urgent help needed

    Hi friends, my computer is in serious trouble. It works OK when I start it but the moment I connect to the internet, it restarts immediately without any warning. It seems I have a serious virus problem.

    I am unable to run the online scans but the other logs are attached. I have run C Cleaner, Counterspy and Spybot.

    I have not attached the logs of Counterspy since it shows absolutely no malware on it's scans. Same for Spybot.

    Chaslang,if you are seeing this, please help again. You helped to get one of my computers up and running, please help solve the issues of this computer too.

    Since you have already been here before, you should be aware of the rules and should be following them.
    • No inline logs
    I see that MegauploadToolbar was install around Dec 30th. When did problems begin? Is this toolbar something that was knowingly installed.

    Delete the below files in safe mode:
    C:\WINDOWS\10523110096.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\service32.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\97E4651266.sys

    Everything else was clean. Problems may not be malware.
