Urgent help with Itunes needed... pretty please!

First time here, first of all i want to say howdy and thanks for helping me out!Hey there all, i have done a silly thing.
I use Itunes and have 3000 + songs there. I also have alot of songs in folders in my C drive that are also on my Itunes. My pc is running slow and i deleted a song i wasnt too into on C drive as a test and it still played on my Itunes which is what i wanted. I then thought that i didnt need the duplicate of the folders in C drive and the files that are on Itunes as i have recently bypassed copying into C drive and then drag and drop into itunes and so smart me clicked all on C drive and took them to recycle bin..... went to Itunes after that and have lost half my songs!!!!!!!!!. i Then realised and restored everything in my recycle bin after running round the house freakin out!...lol.. thing is i have lost a hell of alot of songs that my recycle bin must have swallowed up and is hiding from me? I did a search and cant find them hidden anywhere!. I have no idea what to do to find my precious music... please help with any info or valued ideas that you have... have not much experience with technical things with Itunes or recycle bins or how to recover.....
