Are you connected directly to your modem, or thru a router? If direct, you can find out one of them by opening Network Connections, right clicking on Local Area Connection (I am assuming you have ethernet-connected broadband), choose Status, and under the Support tab, click on Details. If you see both, great. If only one, use it as both primary and secondary. If that still doesn't work, you can always call your ISP and ask-- it's generally not considered any kind of big secret.
